Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from koukoutsi. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase.

Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery for e-shop purchases.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Gift cards are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

If the product is defective or the wrong item was sent, koukoutsi covers the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
